After being a regular customer for a couple of years, getting a haircut on average, every 3 weeks, I will never step foot in a Sports Clips again. I was extremely disappointed when my hair was butchered so badly that I had over a dozen people point out how horrible it looked. I went back in and they refused to correct it free of charge. I wasn't even asking for a refund...just for it to be blended and corrected. Even offered to meet them half way with the cost of the $30 haircut. Worst customer service I've had in quite a while.
